MANAGEMENT

At We Let Student Property we own and manage our own properties but also provide a bespoke management service as we recognise that for self managing landlords it can be quite a full time commitment managing your own property.

Marketing the property to let and understanding the terms of the market place, timing and rental values are key in the Buy to Let business, and so we specialise in understanding real rental values, and knowing how, where and who to rent our properties to.

We take properties under our management for long term periods such as 1 to 5 years and provide a 'Guaranteed Rent' 365 days a year, and at market rates. We take care of all expenses and management, and treat every aspect of your property as if it is one of our own.

We specialise in HMO (Houses of Multiple Occupation) properties, with regards to planning, licensing, and all the vital criteria with regards to regulation. We are members of various trade organisations and take responsibility very seriously.

TENANT FINDING

As student letting speciailists we also provide our landlords with a variety of tenant finding services. Ranging from tenant find only, tenant find and referencing, and set up of the tenancy agreement, inventory, rent collection and check in.

MAINTENANCE

If required we undertake moderate improvements to our landlords property, as well as supply new fixtures and fittings, such as new kitchens, bathrooms, white goods, bedroom furniture and home entertainment, and all at our own cost.

Our renovations and interior design team are highly skilled, qualified and experienced in this field and we have a portfolio of completed projects to demonstrate our work.
